Our design proposal interrogates conventional cinema typologies that confine viewers to passivity and pluralize them into an active state. Utilizing the stereopsis of VR and the expansive scope of drone projection mapping, we’ve reconceived the spatial possibilities within a filmic environment.
Here, existing building surfaces become active cinematic figures, transforming the architectural
landscape into a living narrative canvas.
The neighborhood areas become zones and fragments. Each fragmentation is equipped with one
sensory multi plex. Trespassing the area becomes permutations of different sensory experiences.
Altogether, multiple plexes cater to varied sensory stimuli, creating congregational nodes. These spaces are not merely theatres; but immersive sensory arenas where the urban fabric and cinematic experience converge.
Combining different sensory theatres into one architecture tectonics give rises to the headquarter
building, where each sensory theatre acts as a single film scene.
At a specific time, you might experience a film with just one sensory theatre; the next time, you might come to see the same movie but with 2 or 3 different sensory theatres. Each time you keep coming back watching the same or a different film but experience it entirely in a different way.
